Stockholm Student Arrival Service

Stockholm Student Arrival Service

Welcome to Stockholm! Welcome to your new hometown!

Making you feel welcome is at the heart of what we do! Your first impression of Stockholm matters to us and this is why the Student Arrival Service was born.

Most international students arrive in August, and our Student Guides will be welcoming you at the arrival halls of Stockholm Arlanda Airport. You can’t miss them: they will be wearing black baseball caps with white T-shirts, holding large signs, and having even larger smiles on their faces! 😀 Go greet them, get that energy pumping, and then hop on our bus for a free ride to Stockholm’s city center or your university.

Stockholm Student Arrival Service August 2018 (2019 pending)

In August we will be at Arlanda Airport on the 18th to 19th and 26th to 27th. You will find us at Terminals 2 and 5 between 9 am and 9 pm.

If you arrive on any other day, or outside of our service hours, you can check the Stockholm Arlanda Airport website for transportation options to get to Stockholm’s city center:

We can’t wait to welcome you to your new academic destination!!

Here’s what some awesome students have to say about the service:

‘Just some minutes after leaving the baggage area, I saw the sign for the Stockholm Student Arrival Service. Just like magic, all the nervousness was gone and suddenly I felt home. Everything was perfect, the student guides, the organization, the bus rides, the goodie bags, etc. All were so helpful and made that first day not only easy and smooth but also beautiful.’
