How to apply

Here’s how to apply to programs and courses at Stockholm’s universities – using the universities’ own official web pages and resources and the website www.universityadmissions.se.

Link to university admissions

Sweden has a centralized admission system online at Universityadmissions.se. However, programmes and courses are presented in more detail at the universities’ own official web pages. Therefore, the application process usually involve using a combination of the two.

How to apply:

  1. View programmes and courses at the universities’ online catalogues.
  2. Go to www.universityadmissions.se to apply and follow the instructions.

Application, scholarships, requirements and student fees

In most cases, applications to Swedish universities can be made at Universityadmissions.se. There you create a personal account to manage your application(s). The website is also a source of information about scholarships, requirements, student fees and other important study related subjects for international students. Again, the universities’ own official web pages typically present more detailed info regarding programmes and courses, such as student fees and specific requirements.

In some cases, the central admission system Universityadmissions.se may not have complete information. Don’t miss out on opportunities  – contact Universityadmissions.se for questions about admissions, and universities for more about their programmes and courses. Also, note that not all of Stockholm’s universities currently have programmes and courses in English for international students.
